Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, eager to learn, and ready to contribute fresh ideas.
What you’ll do:
Social Media Management:
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build community.
Content Creation:
Assist in editing and filming TikTok & Instagram Reel videos.
Help design visual content, including graphics, and infographics.
Assist in writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy.
Digital Marketing Support:
Aid in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Perform market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Administrative Tasks:
Support the team with administrative duties as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
Comfortable in front of a camera, creating content on TikTok and Reels.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Freelance Content Creator
Our clients are looking for Social Media Content Creators to create TikTok and Reel videos for their social channels. This role is fully remote. The ideal Creator will be passionate about all things beauty, health, and wellness.
What you’ll do:
Create engaging content for the social channels based on signals from the audiences. This ranges from static posts, videos, reels, and more. Must be willing to show face in videos.
Collaborate with Metta Society co-founders on client needs and creative asks
Understand the interests and behaviors of the community and how to best create content to engage and retain.
Identify trends, news, and other culture-relevant content to amplify across the channels.

Metta Society is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on outreach and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing needs of brands, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our client base.
What you’ll do:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients including spas, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah based businesses.
Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to attract and secure new clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential client organizations.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the agency’s footprint.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Communicate client feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the agency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and solutions.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
